Going stir-crazy during self-quarantine?

Give your local grocery stores, pharmacies, mail carriers, waste collections, gas stations, fast food services ect a quick call to personally thank them for sacrificing their own health and safety for our convenience. Healthcare would be at the top of this list, but I wouldn't want to tie up emergency lines so you could always email them.
